The Church exists to evangelize. In our contemporary situation, the need for evangelization is acute. Not only must the Church carry the message of the Good News of Jesus to those who have never heard of him, but she must also evangelize the baptized who have never experienced the life- changing power of Jesus.
This program provides solid and organic faith formation. Drs. David and Angela Franks will direct this program. Learning will be supported by a small-group community experience. Participants will be invited to a catered dinner once a month. On Wednesday evenings 6:30-9:30 PM, Starting September 8 (for 13 weeks) at St. John’s Seminary, Brighton, MA. – St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, Bridgewater, will host the third of this season’s Candlelight Rosary Processions on Thursday, July 13 at 8:00 PM. The guest speaker will be Deacon Jerry Ryan. All are welcome to come – to pray for Peace in our troubled world at war, for our service men and women in the Armed Forces, and for your own personal intentions. The church has ample parking and is handicapped accessible.
The Dominican Sisters of West Hartford, CT, will be selling homemade bread, apple and blueberry pies and brownies after all the Masses on July 17 & 18. The proceeds from the sale will be used to buy medical supplies for their mission to support the lepers.
